Hi. My name is Nat. I started Army Wife Keto Life to document my life since following a keto diet. I have been following a majority Keto diet since Feb 2017. I start it as a 28 day challenge for a class. I enjoyed it so much that I continued it. In the process, I lost 30lbs. Recently, my cholesterol was tested and it was perfect.
